Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Remote working

Job Description LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in East Anglia who are currently seeking an experienced SEND Lawyer for an initial 3-month locum assignment, with a strong likelihood of extension.
\This is an excellent opportunity for a local government lawyer who can join the team and hit the ground running from day one.
\Full-time assignment \n
Remote working, with attendance in the office once per month for team meetings \n
Remote advocacy at court hearings required, except for final hearings \n
Initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension
\Have substantial experience handling the full range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) matters \n
Provide legal advice across all areas of SEND work, including Tribunal matters \n
Be confident undertaking advocacy at remote hearings \n
Require minimal supervision and be able to integrate quickly into an established team
\We are keen to hear from qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Fellow Legal Executives with a strong SEND background within local government or the public sector.
