About the Role

The University of Winchester is seeking an ambitious and globally minded leader to join us as Head of International Recruitment & Partnerships — a pivotal role supporting the delivery of our internationalisation ambitions and future growth. Rooted in our values-led approach and commitment to student success, this role will lead the strategic development of international recruitment, transnational education and global partnerships, helping to strengthen Winchester's reputation as a welcoming and distinctive international destination for higher education.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Engagement, you will work across the University and with key external partners — including our external recruitment partner — to drive international recruitment performance, develop new partnership opportunities and shape the future of Winchester's international portfolio. This is a highly collaborative and outward-facing position, requiring exceptional relationship management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, academic colleagues and international partners around the world.

We are looking for a strategic and experienced professional with a strong understanding of the global higher education landscape, UKVI compliance, franchise and international partnership development. In return, the University of Winchester offers the opportunity to join a close-knit and purpose-driven university community where innovation, creativity and collaboration are genuinely valued.

You will play a defining role in shaping the University's global future while contributing to an inclusive and student-centred culture that places people and opportunity at its heart. xgikmsk
