Business Development Manager £40k - £50k plus Commission
Leeds City Centre - Hybrid - 2 days a week

ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a great independent digital marketing agency. These guys are specialists within the Data Marketing and Web Development space, working with some exciting brands across the world of iGaming, Retail and much more.

As a Business Development Manager, the focus of your role will be take leadership of this agency's new business pipeline, forging great relationships in a bid to win further projects.

Work closely with the agency founders to plan out the most efficient business development strategy
Identifying and pursuing the right prospects, businesses that are ambitious, data-aware, and ready for a genuine partner
Taking a lead upon end to end lead generation processes, from initial conversations to new business pitch delivery
Increase this agency's market presence, from Social exposure to Networking event attendance
To be considered for this Business Development role you must be passionate about building long term relationships and commercial growth.

Strong experience within a sales / business development role - ideally from the marketing / data industry
Proven track record of client development, lead generation and relationship building
A genuine understanding of how marketing agency works
A self starter with the passion to work within a small independent business
Experience using CRM / Sales tools and be able to suggest new processes and software
You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre, 2 days a week
