Want to lead the transformation of an established SaaS business entering a major growth and investment phase?You'll join a long-established UK-based SaaS company with a loyal customer base, strong recurring revenue, and fresh investment to help them modernise and scale.We are looking for a technology leader to help modernise engineering, drive AI innovation, and shape the future of the platform.an experienced CTO looking for a high-impact transformation role, or a Head of Engineering ready to take the step into their first CTO position.Open source development knowledge is key but you'll also inherit a knowledgeable engineering team and play a key role in transforming a legacy software environment into a modern SaaS engineering function. Defining technology and engineering strategyLeading Agile and DevOps transformationSupporting cloud migration towards AWSDriving AI capability across products and engineeringStrong software engineering backgroundExperience leading technical teams in SaaS or software businessesCommercial awareness and stakeholder management skillsExperience with AI, DevOps, or cloud modernisation highly beneficialThe role is based in Reading 3 days per week with 2 days working from home. There is a salary banding of £130 000 - £160 000 depending on experience + benefits.
