The TeamThe Operations team supports trading, investment, client, and reporting activities. Responsibilities include establishing scalable workflows, ensuring operational control, and providing high-quality client service. The team also engages in firm-wide projects, operational due diligence, and client management.
Your Role- Review monthly NAV calculations, reconciliations, P&L, fund allocations, fees, and investor statements.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash, positions, market values, and trade breaks.
- Monitor cash flows, margin movements, and oversee inquiry resolution.
- Design and implement automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure timely completion of daily cash and position tasks.
- Participate in projects to enhance processes and reduce risks.
- Contribute to system and process development for ongoing efficiency and quality improvements.
- Oversee relationships with administrators, custodians, and brokers.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of financial instruments such as swaps, futures, repos, and equities.
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop automation and scale solutions.
- Work with Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Business Development teams to solve complex problems and develop client solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Undergraduate Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a Portfolio Accounting role within a bank, admin, or investment manager.
- Experience in Operations, preferably in a Hedge Fund environment.
- Knowledge of Equity and Derivative asset classes (OTC, FX, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and eager to learn.
- High attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Focus on process improvement and automation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
