Roving Head Chef required for this well known premium pub company to work across various sites within Lancashire, Cheshire and Manchester. Your role will involve working in different sites, trouble shooting, staff training, rotas, GP targets, menu development plus all the various roles that come with the day to day running of a busy pub kitchen. As Roving Head Chef you must to a strong leader & team motivator. The Roving Chef with be able to adapt to different challenging situations and be flexible to deal with arising challenges in various sites. Experience as a Sous Chef would be ideal. Great ocmpany to progress your career with.

The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, excellent man management skills, hardworking and will have good communication skills. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
