Sales Director & Board Member

Business Sales Executive - 4 Day Week - £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata plus bonus
Copius Group is a specialist recruitment and workforce solutions company supporting projects in the engineering and construction sectors internationally.

Working on large-scale projects including data centres, power generation and renewables our teams support some of the most high-profile projects globally.
As we continue to grow, we are building a dedicated sales team focused on generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with key companies within our space.

We are looking for motivated, confident, and ambitious Outbound Sales Executives to help drive new business growth for the company.
You will be responsible for contacting construction companies, electrical engineering contractors, utilities providers, and infrastructure organisations to introduce Copius Group's manpower supply services.

This role is ideal for someone with B2B telesales experience who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working towards targets.

Making outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity logs
Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
Supporting the wider recruitment and business development team

Previous outbound business development, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Experience within construction, engineering, recruitment, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
