Position Title: Support Worker Location: Banbury, OxfordshireHourly Rate: £14.74 with an increase after 2 years serviceHours Per Week: Fridays 3.30pm 7.30pm plus flexible hours during school holidays between 8.30am and 5.30pmVacancy Type: PermanentWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to help care for William, a non-verbal child with complex healthcare needs, in his family home. This is a rewarding opportunity where you can make a real difference to Williams daily life and wellbeing.I live at home with my mum, dad and my two younger siblings. I love swimming, music, sensory play, fresh air and adventures outdoors.I have complex medical needs, including:Respiratory care, including chest physiotherapy and suctioningSupporting positioning and mobilityI use a wheelchair, cannot sit or weight-bear unaided, and rely on consistent, familiar support. Respiratory careSupporting non-verbal children with complex care needsAdditional paediatric experience, including suctioning or neurological care, is a plus.
