Our client, a chemical manufacturing business in Glasgow , is looking for a Technology Manager to lead its process engineering function, take ownership of plant technology and performance, and drive continuous improvement across a complex, multi-product manufacturing environment. This role sits within the site leadership team and will work closely with R&D, operations and engineering to optimise processes, improve product quality and align plant capability with customer and business needs.

BSc in Chemical Engineering or higher (essential)
Strong background in chemical or process manufacturing environments (pharma less relevant), with broad process understanding across a plant
Proven experience leading process improvement, performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
