EMEA Corporate Paralegal — Governance & Data (6-Month Contract)

Our client seeks a mid-to-senior Corporate Paralegal for a 6-month project focused on governance remediation across the EMEA legal entity population. The role involves data governance, updating corporate systems, and coordinating with internal and external counsel, while working with a US-based attorney and Ireland/EMEA teams. The position is full-time (40 hrs/week) with a preference for Ireland or UK locations or GMT-friendly remote work across EMEA.
