We are recruiting CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISERS based in Coventry CV8Duties:Working as part of a team, answering customer call and emails. Dealing with any issues that customers raise. You will require a good telephone manner and friendly personality as well as being computer literate.No previous experience is needed as the company are looking for the right kind of personality for these roles although a stable work or education history is essential. Also, previous customer service, high-end retail or hospitality experience would be an advantageHours of work:
- Monday to Friday.
- 8am-4pm
- 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
- 37.5 hours paid per week.
- £12.50 Per hour
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- 33 paid days holiday.
- Free parking along with free tea and coffee.
- Immediate start, ongoing work and potential progression
- Full Training provided
- Computer literate (you will be operating various in-house systems)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong work history
- Good Level of speaking/reading/writing in English
- Good telephone manner
- Friendly personality
- Ability to get to Coventry CV8 (Ryton on dunsmore)
