EUX/EUT Support Manager

EUX/EUT Support Manager A highly reputable financial services corporation is seeking an experienced EUX / EUT Support Manager to lead a team of 2nd line engineers supporting global end-user technologies. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with infrastructure, applications, and secity teams to ensure seamless end-to end performance across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in driving the adoption of Azure, SharePoint, Windows 11, and Intune, with your leadership being instrumental in optimising end-user technology and supporting the company’s transition to a modern, scalable, and secure infrastructure. Our client is paying a day rate of £475 to £525 per day for a 6/12 month project to be based in Chatham or Wolverhampton on a hyrbid basis (2/3 days).Core responsibilities:Manage workload and priorities for the End User Technology TeamAutomate, orchestrate, and integrate processes to simplify end user technology deploymentEnsure End User Support targets are met or exceeded, with performance visibility through reporting and dashboardsManage the EUT budget, contribute to planning and reforecastingCollaborate with strategic partners to manage end user technology hardware and address performance issuesLine manage and coach direct reports, handling performance, development, and recruitmentCoordinate with third-party maintenance and support providersMaintain End User Support documentation and IT hardware/software asset registerCore skill requirements:Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System is essentialExperience leading a team responsible for end user technology is essentialGood knowledge of End User Computing/Mobile Device Management/Collaboration Tools and Meeting Room technologies is essentialBasic knowledge of Enterprise Technologies is essentialGood knowledge of ITIL basics and principles is desirableNice to Have: Experience with End User Technologies such as Azure, Azure AD, SharePoint and Intune2 stage interview process, to start ASAP
