Our client is looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Partnership Strategy Manager.
This is a pivotal role where you'll shape and deliver innovative partnership strategies that fuel revenue growth, elevate customer engagement, and create memorable brand experiences, as well as scaling these partnership opportunities and unlock new revenue streams.
You'll collaborate with teams across marketing, commercial, digital, operations, and finance to design compelling partnership propositions, drive supplier investment, and bring high-impact activations to life.
Proven experience in partnerships, commercial strategy, or supplier/brand marketing roles
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to turn strategic ideas into tangible revenue opportunities
Strategic and creative thinker, with a track record of developing compelling propositions that drive high-performing campaigns and activations
Experience working with large-scale enterprise partners or well-known brands
Skilled in building persuasive commercial proposals and robust business cases
Background in Retail, FMCG, Media sectors or hospitality is beneficial
Use market insight and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities
Translate strategy into clear, compelling commercial propositions
Contribute to joint business plans with major partners
Help develop integrated partnership opportunities spanning media, promotions, and loyalty
Analyse performance and optimise partnerships to maximise long-term value
Support commercial negotiations and proposal development
Help create engaging, immersive brand activations and customer experiences
Develop Commercial Propositions
Align internal growth priorities with partner opportunities
Support business case development and investment planning
Provide insight, reporting, and performance updates to support decision-making
