We are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed compliance and services group to appoint an experienced HR Director during a key phase of strategic growth and acquisition activity.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who can scale people operations, strengthen leadership capability, and support ambitious growth plans.

Reporting to the COO, responsibilities will include:
Developing and delivering the HR strategy aligned to business growth
Supporting organisational scaling and workforce planning
Improving employee engagement, retention, and performance
Building leadership development and succession planning frameworks
Implementing KPI-led performance management
Driving a high-performance culture across the organisation

Senior HR leadership experience within a scaling organisation
Strong commercial and operational mindset
Experience leading organisational change and performance improvement
