Bid Writing Manager

As our Bid Manager you'll be at the heart of our tender and bid management function, playing a pivotal role in managing opportunities for both Stericycle and Shred-it and you'll be reporting directly to the Head of Bid Management.

You'll be crafting high-quality EOIs, PQQs, SQs, and ITTs/RFPs submissions, both externally and internally, with a laser focus on achieving a high win rate
.You'll be working closely with bid and sales colleagues, marketing, legal, finance teams, regional Operations managers, and other team members to enhance service offerings
.You'll keep a keen eye on all relevant tender portals, identifying suitable commercial opportunities for both Stericycle and Shred-it brands
.You'll develop and maintain a comprehensive information database, including case studies, customer references, and essential 'boiler plate' information
.You have 2+ years of experience in bid writing/management
.You have good knowledge and understanding of Bid Management; any bid management professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., You have strong organizational/planning skills with the ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines effectively under pressure without supervision
.You have excellent business writing skills and broad business acumen with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
.You have experienced in building and leveraging relationships with good communication and interpersonal skills
