As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.Providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing store environment.Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
