About the Role: * Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience: passionately advising and selling products while serving as an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the store's presentation. * Love all things fragrance, with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest releases in fragrance and skincare. * Offer warm, friendly and professional service at all times, helping customers find the perfect gifts and demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand. * Take ownership of your own development by demonstrating a good understanding of Bath & Body Works training. * Adhere to health and safety policies. All Team Members must work safely, in accordance with guidelines at all times.
