This London-based role offers a prime chance to advance your career within the aviation leasing sector. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will work collaboratively within a supportive team of three additional experienced lawyers, gaining exposure to a broad range of complex and high-value transactions.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong Aviation Finance Knowledge: A solid understanding of legal issues pertaining to aircraft financing, operating leases, sales, acquisitions, and asset recovery is highly desirable. Experience with cross-border transactions and international legal principles in this area will be a significant advantage.
  • Commercial Acumen: A commercially minded and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice that aligns with business objectives.
  • Excellent Drafting and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to draft clear, concise, and legally robust documents and to lead effective negotiations.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, a proactive "get things done" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic international business environment.
