About This Job

The NIQ Consumer Behaviour & Insights team is looking for a new senior member of the team to lead important client research programs that answer our client’s key business questions across Shopper, Market Landscape and Segmentation. This is a high-profile role where you will be driving real actionable insights and identifying growth opportunities for clients. This role will appeal to a senior Associate Director or Research Director.

Your Responsibilities

· Leading client research programs across Segmentation, Market Landscape and/or Shopper

· Delivering strategic story led presentations to both large global clients as well as big domestic players across a range of industry sectors

· Provide a clear point of view on identifying growth opportunities for clients

· Build and maintain client relationships through strong account handling and client servicing skills

· Help support & drive new business, working with the commercial teams

· Work in collaboration to guide and develop project team members

Your Qualifications

· Experience with designing, managing and delivering ad hoc Shopper, Landscape or Segmentation research is essential

· In-depth understanding of shopper, market landscape and/or segmentation methodologies and analysis techniques

· Ability to engage with C-Suite level stakeholders and translate survey findings into strategic and meaningful action

· Experience in working across multiple sectors such as Telco, Tech and Durables, FMCG, Retail

· Ability to connect data assets to provide clients with a holistic solution to answer their business needs
