A growing boutique recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street Station is looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. As an Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a busy recruitment desk, working with clients and candidates across global markets. The role combines recruitment delivery, account management, and client relationship management responsibilities.
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing existing client accounts and developing new opportunities
Delivering a high-quality recruitment service in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or talent acquisition
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing client accounts or recruitment desks is advantageous
Hybrid working model – Mondays from home
