Registered Nurse - Oncology/Haematology (Bank) The Park Hospital in Nottingham is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare. This bank role requires coverage during busy periods and annual leave. Bank Shifts Salary: Up to £23.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification). Duties Of This Role Include * Deliver safe, effective, and individualised nursing care to Oncology and Haematology patients across inpatient, day‐case and outpatient settings. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with agreed treatment pathways and care plans. * Administer prescribed treatments and medications in accordance with local policies, national guidance, and competency frameworks. * Work in accordance with NMC Code, Circle Health Group policies, and national Oncology/Haematology standards. * Work effectively as part of the multidisciplinary team, liaising with consultants, pharmacists, specialist nurses, and allied health professionals. * Maintain professional competence through ongoing CPD and mandatory training. Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria * Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration. * Experience working in an Oncology and/or Haematology setting, or strong demonstrable interest with relevant transferable skills. * Sound understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence‐based practice. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support patients in emotionally challenging situations. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast‐paced clinical environment.
