The Team

The London structured finance group advises across securitisation, asset-backed financing, structured products and derivatives, providing broad, high-value exposure across a range of asset classes and clients:

• Strong focus on RMBS and CMBS transactions
• Significant experience across ABS, including auto loans and lease securitisations
• Exposure to derivatives within a securitisation framework
• Advising on both public and private deals
• Acting for a diverse client base including originators, lenders, banks and funds

Requirements

The team is keen to speak with high-calibre associates looking to take a more hands-on role in their next move:

• NQ–3 PQE with experience in structured finance or securitisation
• Candidates from US, Magic Circle, international and strong mid-market firms will be considered
• An interest in joining a smaller, growing team with a more entrepreneurial culture
