Unit / Team
This role is part of the Atradius Collections Unit within the Western Europe Region, mainly focusing on the UK & Ireland.
Atradius Collections offers efficient, quick, and flexible solutions to collect domestic and international trade debts. With a global network of specialists, lawyers, and insolvency practitioners, Atradius Collections supports over 15,000 customers to reduce trade risks through B2B trade invoice collection services.
Credit-IQ is a new software launched by Atradius that automates accounts receivable management.
Job Description
The role is based on three key pillars:
- Providing sales and marketing support to build a lead pipeline, meeting regional inflow, revenue targets, and company objectives. This includes generating leads via email campaigns, website management, and database management.
- Driving the implementation of Credit IQ and expanding growth through customer engagement across various channels.
- Managing projects to ensure a high-performing website that offers positive experiences, including site updates, SEO improvements, and creating landing pages for campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
- Creating engaging email content aligned with brand standards.
- Managing email lists for targeted, personalized communication.
- Monitoring campaign KPIs such as deliverability, open, click-through, and conversion rates.
- Staying updated with industry trends to drive innovation.
- Providing stakeholders with campaign success insights.
- Developing product knowledge to support sales.
- Contributing to regional revenue targets for Credit IQ and Agora.
- Promoting products/services to the SME segment.
- Handling inquiries and feedback to acquire new customers.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale activities.
- Maintaining a sales pipeline and seeking new revenue opportunities.
- Participating in proposal and presentation preparation.
- Managing web analytics and implementing improvements based on data.
- Enhancing customer journeys on the website to meet KPIs.
- Overseeing website development projects with internal and external teams.
- Optimizing keywords for SEO.
- Supporting content creation for social media, Google Ads, and events.
- Providing event management support.
- Conducting competitor analysis regularly.
Job requirements:
We seek a commercially driven individual to lead lead generation and SME sales in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include:
- Developing partnerships in the UK and Irish markets to grow SaaS and credit management platforms.
- Managing go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and direct sales activities.
- Guiding prospects from initial contact to active customer, maximizing partnership potential.
- Collaborating with marketing to set up promotional programs.
- Gathering feedback for product improvements.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract closing and post-sale follow-up.
This role is open to all candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. The candidate should be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with CRM tools. Confidence in presenting and promoting Atradius products, adaptability, and flexibility are key. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
