An ambitious, rapidly growing successful PE SME acquirer seeks an experienced and ambitious Deal Director to help elevate the business by:

• Overseeing the full lifecycle of acquisitions, handling all aspects of the process.
• Building an acquisition powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and execute successful acquisitions from negotiation to completion.
• Evaluate deal pricing and structure.
• Manage transaction pipelines for maximum throughput and value.
• Develop scalable systems to support growth.
• Drive exponential expansion.

Requirements and Experience

• Background in leveraged finance banking is highly desirable.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in buyside MBI/MBO or similar M&A transactions.
• Recognized accounting qualification.
• Understanding of working capital, surplus cash, and due diligence.
• Familiarity with debt providers and their requirements.
• Expertise in legal and commercial aspects of transactions.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to build trust with owners.
• Networking skills to generate acquisition opportunities.
• Innovative deal structuring and fundraising mindset.
