One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect.

This is a hybrid role: 80% remote, 20% London.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold SC & NPPV3 clearance (with Warwickshire or MPS), and be a sole UK national.
• Must be PAYE through umbrella.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON.
• ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus.
• Experience with other ITSM software (e.g., BMC Remedy ITSM, HP, Landesk).
• Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., HP Operations Orchestrator, BMC Atrium Orchestrator).
• Knowledge of micro-services architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, RabbitMQ, Apache Camel, DevOps.
• Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, AngularJS is a plus.

• Collaborate with suppliers, client teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and mentor technical teams.
• Facilitate sign-off by aligning with business units and technical teams.
