Construction Tutor - Alternative Provision

Leicester | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Are you a skilled Construction Tutor looking to make a real difference? We are recruiting on behalf of a supportive Alternative Provision in Leicester that is seeking passionate and engaging Construction Tutors to inspire young people who thrive in a hands-on learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tutors, lecturers, trainers, or construction professionals looking to step into education. Part-time applicants will also be considered.

The Role:

• Deliver practical and engaging construction sessions
• Support learners with varying educational needs and backgrounds
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment
• Help students develop employability and vocational skills
• Work closely with support staff and pastoral teams

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience within the construction industry or construction education
• A teaching/training qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
• Ability to build positive relationships and encourage engagement
