Legal Counsel – Commercial Law Location - United Kingdom, London

A well-renowned iGaming business is looking for a talented legal professional to join their award-winning Legal team as a Legal Counsel - Commercial Law.

Your Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
Support the implementation and streamlining of contract management and compliance processes.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the gaming and technology sectors
Advise on a broad range of legal matters
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, and compliance teams to assess legal risks
Contribute to internal legal knowledge sharing,
Skills:
~3+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house in the iGaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry.
~ A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law.
~ Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and complex commercial legal matters.
~ Experience in M&A transactions and AI is a plus.
