Technical Sales / Account Manager

Our client, a fast-growing and highly innovative smart home & building automation business, is looking for a Technical Sales Account Manager/Partner Coach to join their expanding UK team.
This a full-time, office-based role in Reading

Supporting partners (installers/integrators) with technical queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Assisting with project planning, including system design and hardware selection
Delivering training and onboarding support to new and existing partners
Helping partners successfully sell and implement solutions
Collaborating with internal teams across sales, training, and technical support

Background in electrical engineering, automation, or similar technical field would be highly advantageous
Confidence communicating with partners via phone, email, and in person
A technically credible approach with strong relationship-building skills
Interest or experience in smart home tech, IoT, or building automation
35-40K salary + bonus + clear progression opportunities
