Working with established brands including E.ON Next, EE, Scottish Gas and Verisure , we specialise in marketing and customer acquisition through events, field campaigns, and B2B activity .

The Programme

This is a structured, performance-led programme designed to take you from entry-level to management .

You'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Sales & Marketing Execution – delivering live campaigns and representing major brands
• Team Development – learning how to coach, motivate, and manage performance
• Business Operations – understanding how campaigns scale and deliver results
