This is a brand-new role within a newly formed compliance function, so you'll have real ownership from day one and genuine scope to shape how things develo

oleYou'll be a key point of contact for onboarding new sellers - reaching out to them, collecting the documentation we need (such as bank details and compliance information), and working through the approval process to get them trading on our platfo

rm.
Beyond that, you'll get involved in a broad range of compliance and operational activity, includ
ing:Monitoring seller accounts and flagging risk or performance conc
ernsProducing reports on seller performance, orders and compliance met
ricsSupporting product and catalogue audits to keep listings accurate and compl
iantManaging operational tickets through systems like Zen
deskMaintaining spreadsheets, dashboards and internal rec
ordsCollaborating with wider teams to resolve seller queries and operational is

sues
What we're lookin
g forSome experience in compliance, operations or administration would put you in a strong position here.
