My client is a major manufacturing business, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead their team of maintenance engineers on site and implement CAPEX projects. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving asset reliability, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and supporting production by delivering high-quality maintenance services. You will also be involved in projects that improve the site's efficiency and output.

Responsibilities

You will lead a skilled maintenance team, manage preventative and reliability-centred maintenance programmes, and optimise equipment uptime, expenditure, and spare parts availability. This role is ideal for a strong engineering professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to continuous improvement.

About You

• A degree in engineering or time served apprenticeship.
• Proven leadership experience of an engineering team.
• Experience within a heavy industrial or FMCG environment.
• A strong track record of leading teams and delivering measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.
• Successful implementation of large-scale CAPEX projects.
