This role requires mastery in pattern drafting, British-style suit construction, and client fitting techniques, with travel across India for fittings and measurement consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create full-scale, hand-drafted bespoke patterns for a range of garments.
• Interpret designer sketches and style inputs into construction-ready patterns.
• Lead and support client fittings, incorporating feedback into updated patterns.
• Apply expert knowledge of traditional suit construction techniques.
• Supervise and implement refined hand-stitching techniques.
• Travel with the sales team for client fittings and measurements across India.
• Train and guide tailors and cutters in bespoke construction and measuring.
• Establish and maintain a uniform measurement and fitting system.
• Manage archives of client patterns and fitting adjustments.
• Ensure the highest standards of precision, elegance, and structure in every bespoke garment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in bespoke menswear tailoring.
• Strong foundation in hand-drafted pattern cutting and bespoke garment construction.
• Solid technical knowledge of suit making techniques.
• Experience working with a variety of fabrics.
• Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel across India for client services.
• A passion for bespoke craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
