There has never been a more exciting time to join us. General Manager: The Opportunity As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your Brasserie Blanc. General Manager: What You'll Bring We're looking for an exceptional hospitality leader with the charisma, commercial awareness and passion to lead from the front. You will have: At least 2 years' experience as a General Manager within a quality branded restaurant environment A proven track record of leading busy, high-volume operations Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability A passion for delivering exceptional food, drink and service standards The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills A hands-on leadership style and a genuine love of hospitality Most importantly, you'll share our belief that great hospitality is about people - creating memorable experiences for guests and meaningful careers for your team.
