Finance Manager (4-Day Week, Remote) — Systems & Automation

Ashdown Group is recruiting a Finance Manager - Charity for a 4-day week (30 hours) with remote working and one day a month in our London office. The role blends hands-on accounting with systems improvement and change management, leading a small finance team. You will oversee month-end, VAT, and reporting, drive finance system enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and introduce automation and AI where appropriate.
