We are seeking part-qualified and qualified pensions actuaries to join our growing Retirement Solutions team. You could be based in any of the following UK offices: Birmingham, Bristol, Epsom, Farnborough, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, St. Albans, with a mix of home and office working.

Responsibilities- Taking ownership of actuarial work for nominated Trustee and Corporate clients, including technical calculations, drafting advice, budgeting, and client communication.
- Participating in client meetings and calls, supporting or leading discussions, and building relationships externally and internally.
- Developing colleagues through our Early Careers programs.
- Implementing service improvements and ensuring compliance with legislative and professional standards.
- Supporting specialist teams on ad-hoc projects like risk settlement, GMP equalization, and more.
Aon provides rotations through our consulting groups and opportunities to work with market-leading teams such as Risk Settlement and Member Options, from the start.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Part-qualified with progress in actuarial exams or a qualified Actuary.
- Strong mathematical background with clear technical communication skills.
- Relevant pensions industry experience and knowledge.
- Degree in a numerate or semi-numerate subject (2:1 or above).
- Experience in delivering client service and relationship management.
